To make purchases on Magda Butrym you do not need to register. You can also create an account to access exclusive services dedicated to our customers. You will be sent a confirmation email to the address provided when creating your account.
To place an order, select the desired color and size of the product you want to purchase and then add the product to your bag. You can modify or validate your basket before making your payment. Once you have selected your items, complete your order by clicking on “Checkout”. You can log in, register or continue as a guest. You’ll be asked to choose your payment method and enter your shipping details. Please, check that the information you entered is correct and click “Buy”.
After making a purchase on Magda Butrym you will receive an email confirming your order within a several minutes. When your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number so that you can track delivery of your package.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our <a href="/contact">Customer Service</a> as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, however we cannot guarantee your order may be changed once it’s been submitted.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped with UPS and you can also track your package by entering your tracking number at their website.
All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery.
The regular processing time is between 1-3 business days, however we usually ship our products within 1 business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your order. UPS is our courier for all shipments and for standard shipping, you should have your order within 7 business days from placing the order.
The delivery time may differ depending on the country. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.
Unfortunately, at this moment there is no possibility of collecting your order in store.
For orders placed in USD we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments UPS will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.
For orders placed in PLN, EUR or GBP duties are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
Magda Butrym cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.

You can return any item purchased on magdabutrym.com within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

Should you be interested in a different size, colour or style, please contact us on email@example.com to check the product availability. If this item is in our warehouse we will then hold it for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order.
Merchandise returned by mail to the warehouse will be processed within 14 business days from receipt.
